We at Three Tree Tea Company believe in protecting your privacy and will not sell or give your information to anyone. We may occasionally send newsletters or other information relating to tea including announcements about specials, discounts and new products. It is our hope that you will enjoy and look forward to these updates. However, if you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please send an e-mail to info@threetreetea.com, enter the word “remove” in the subject line, and verify your name/company name and e-mail address in the body.
Shipping Information: Retail Orders
Your product will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 48 hours of receiving your order. Very large orders of 20+ pounds may need to be shipped via UPS Ground, standard shipping rates apply.
Return Policy
We are sorry, but health codes prohibit us from taking any returns on tea leaves. We will gladly give store credit for defective merchandise; please contact us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise to arrange credit.
