Three Tree Tea Company is based in Seattle, Washington. Our name comes from a beautiful place located just south of Seattle called Three Tree Point. It is a place which has a vibrant history and a tight-knit community. Older homes, narrow winding roads, tightly compacted beach houses, waterfront cabanas and a general store evoke images of a time long ago, of the simplicity of life. When an afternoon was spent hiking an ancient Indian trail, gathering with neighbors or walking along the beach. At the Feed & Seed, the roosters still crow and make our souls long for a slower pace.

Shipping Information: Retail Orders

Your product will be shipped via USPS within 48 hours of receiving your order. Shipping charges are a flat $5.00 fee.

Shipping information: Wholesale orders

Please contact us for a shipping quote. We ship via USPS Priority Mail for lighter, less bulky orders; for larger orders we will ship via Fed-Ex/UPS.

Hawaii/Alaska orders: If the order is small enough to fit into a USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail box, your shipping charges will be $8.10/box. A Flat Rate Box will fit 6 LBs of Matcha Latte Powder bags or tins. Contact us with questions.

Return Policy

We are sorry, but health codes prohibit us from taking any returns on tea leaves. We will gladly give store credit for returned merchandise; please contact us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise to arrange credit.
